My goal is to make the home staging process as smooth as possible. I’ll arrange a convenient time to meet with you, or your agent, for a walkthrough of the property. During this visit, we’ll go over your options and create a tailored plan that suits your needs. Afterward, I’ll send you a proposal along with any recommendations for small updates to help the property look its best.

Every property has its own unique qualities, so I offer customized packages rather than standard rates. All my packages include installation, pickup, and insurance for theft or damage, and I don’t charge for quotes.

For Full Styling services, I provide a 6-week hire period. If you need an extension, additional weeks are available at a reduced rate, as outlined in my proposal. Full payment is due 7 days before installation, and extension payments are required prior to the end of the initial hire period.

I know things can move quickly, and I’ll do my best to accommodate short timelines. However, I recommend at least 1-2 weeks’ notice for the smoothest process.

The day before installation, I’ll confirm an arrival time. Installation usually takes place one or two days before your marketing photoshoot, depending on the size of the property.

Once your sale contract is unconditional, I’ll arrange a collection time. If the timeline changes, we can discuss options for extended hire or rescheduling as needed.
